Computers Byte! began as a home business in 2002. We are a family owned business that strives for higher standards in customer service.

We have resided in Bloomington/Normal for more than 15 years and have recently moved to Carlock IL, where we are enjoying the relationships that are being built as a result of living in a small town. We have four children, who are mostly grown at this point, and we will be “empty nesters” in just a few short years.

At Computers Byte! we believe in good old fashioned honesty and hard work, and the desire to make that apparent through the customer service we offer. Nowadays, it seems that customer service is not what it used to be. We want to change that!

Many people have been grossly overcharged for their computer repair needs, as well as undervalued as a customer. We want our patrons to know that they are being treated with respect, and getting the best value for their money. Many of us have been hit hard by the present economy and we understand that every little bit counts.

2. Could the consideration of your personal needs be important?

3. Maybe certifications are important to you.

6. For others, it’s important to support local businesses, in order to promote community economics.
